Phantom Scan: Ghost Prank is a free, ad-supported entertainment app — a ghost-detector prank & simulator. It is made purely for fun and does not detect real ghosts or paranormal activity. By installing or using it, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Phantom Scan ("the App") on Android devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
The App has a scary / horror theme. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, which may be higher) to use it.
The App lets you run a simulated ghost radar, add fictional ghost effects to your camera view, play spooky sounds, browse made-up ghost profiles, and record prank reactions. Every scan, signal, profile, sound and visual is generated for entertainment.
The App is a prank and simulator. It does not detect, measure or communicate with real ghosts, spirits, demons or any paranormal or supernatural phenomena, and it has no ability to sense anything of the kind. All radar sweeps, spirit signals, EMF-style readings, ghost profiles, sounds and camera visuals are fictional and produced for fun. Do not rely on the App for any real-world, safety or health decision.

The App is free and supported by advertising. By using the App you acknowledge that ads will be displayed and that ad and attribution partners process limited data as described in our Privacy Policy. The App currently offers no in-app purchases or subscriptions; if paid features are added later, their price and terms will be shown before purchase.
Photos and videos you record with the App are stored locally on your device and are your responsibility. You are solely responsible for how you capture, use and share prank content, including obtaining any consent required from the people featured in it. Available features depend on your device and its camera, microphone and storage.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, characters and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright. Except for the license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.
THE APP AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Without limiting the above, the App has no ability to detect paranormal activity, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR FROM ANY PRANK YOU CARRY OUT WITH IT. Because the App is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed USD 10.00.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App, any prank you perform, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
This license remains in effect until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach these Terms. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the App. Sections that by their nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification) will survive.
The App is distributed through Google Play. This agreement is between you and the developer only, not with Google. Google is not responsible for the App or its content. Your use must comply with the Google Play Terms of Service, and your data is handled per the Google Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the developer's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
